NEW
A medium bodied, fragrant and flowery Speyside single malt, made fruitier by a finish of 40 months in first fill Oloroso sherry. At the nose, we find notes of candied oranges and apricots: delicate, not explicitly winey, only moderately sour. It’s very caressing on the palate, with an initial attack on acacia honey, hay and creamy maltiness, followed by peaches, apricots, and oranges. It remains agile and fresh, without any excesses of sweetness or oak. It grows moderately spicier and tangier towards the end, with a hint of tannins.
