From our selected stock of old refill casks of Glenlivet, we are proud to offer another special bottling. As usual in this series, we have tried to find an aged expression of this legendary Speyside malt which doesn’t betray the spirit, which lets its true character speak and evolve through patient maturation without being overwhelmed by the influence of oak and sherry. The result is intensely bodied, but delicate and elegant in flavour: chamomile, pears, apples, and a touch of heather honey sweetness before displaying a drier, compact, crisp and almost peppery finish. The ethereal grace of this very clean distillate, with the elegance and firmness given by old age and slow maturation. Only 164 bottles at natural cask strength.
