If you remember our last newsletter, we were speaking of the high “collectable” potential for some Wilson & Morgan releases: rare distilleries, old age statements, limited number of bottles… But what we wanted to express is that the really collectable ones are those that are universally appreciated in the whisky community, not only for prestige or rarity, but also for the actual quality of the content. We showed you for example the very high score for our Ben Nevis 25yo on Whiskybase, and today we are showing you more.
You will discover that ALL our Special Releases from last year have extremely high scores, and some of them are still available – albeit very few ones:

Seeing that all our Special Releases constantly receive scores around 90 is a very important feedback for us: it means that we are truly dedicating this series to the best and only the very best. We will never settle down for something “less than special” in our Special Releases: old and rare is not enough, it must be stunning whisky too. And we are happy to discover that the community agrees with us.
